About Paula

Paula Guerra has over 20 years of experience working within healthcare in the UK, 10 years of which were within one of the largest mental health trusts in London. During this time Paula graduated with a Masters in Health Psychology.

In 2014 Paula moved to Sydney from the UK with her family and fell in love with the Northern Beaches. In 2017 she completed her Diploma in clinical hypnotherapy and strategic psychotherapy and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner certificate from the Institute of Applied Psychology.

She has committed her career to helping people improve the quality of their lives and is passionate about using hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy and NLP techniques to empower people to reach their full potential.

• MSc Health Psychology (University College of London, UK)

• BSc (Hons) Psychology (University of Hertfordshire, UK)

• Diploma in clinical hypnotherapy and strategic psychotherapy (AICH, Sydney)

• Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) (AICH, Sydney)

Paula is a registered member of both the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Australian Hypnotherapists Association (AHA).
